AMPI-NC CON 2024

With more than 25 years of rich experience in oncology, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre is a 498 bedded NABH, NABL accredited Super Specialty Institute providing comprehensive cancer care under one roof. Radiation oncology department of our institute is equipped with state-of-art technology and Medical Physics is integral part of radiotherapy team. In the era of artificial intelligence, we need to strong our roots and should connect them to newer advancement of technology to deal with better cancer cure.

The Association of Medical Physicists of India (AMPI) was founded in 1976 and it has seven regional chapters including Northern Chapter. Objective of this association is to encourage the application of physics in medicine and providing a forum for medical physicists to exchange their ideas and dissemination of new knowledge in the form of annual conferences.

RGCI&RC is always aiming to promote ongoing medical education. As an attempt to achieve this goal, we are organizing conference of AMPI (Northern Chapter) for sharing medical physics knowledge and radiotherapy practices from distinguished faculties.

Registration for AMPINCCON2024 is now open which is scheduled to take place in Delhi (India) from 13th & 14th April 2024. Theme of the conference is “Technological advancements: Connecting roots to future in cancer cure”.

AMPINCCON2024 promises an enriching experience with presentations of latest research in scientific and educational sessions. We have designed a comprehensive program that includes the latest development of treatment modalities and technologies. The event promises to be a dynamic and enriching experience of all the delegates.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts are to be submitted online only.
  • It is mandatory for presenting authors to register before abstract submission.
  • Abstracts must be in English, in Word Doc format, Times Roman font – font size 12. Should not exceed 500 words.
  • Abstracts must be original and should not have been submitted / presented / intended for presentation elsewhere before AMPINCCON 2024.
  • The names and affiliations of all authors must be stated. The presenting author needs to be clearly identified at the time of submission.
  • An e-mail confirming the receipt of the abstract, including abstract number, will be sent to the submitting delegate. This number should be quoted for all further correspondence.
  • All abstract submissions may be accepted for POSTER presentation.
