Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre organizes its yearly global academic conference with the aim of promoting ongoing medical education and sharing knowledge and expertise from distinguished faculties, both national and international, to benefit our delegates, students, and Professionals.

Registration for 23rd Annual International Conference – RGCON 2025, scheduled to take place from 21st – 23rd March 2025 in Hotel Crowne Plaza, Rohini, New Delhi, India., is now open. The conference theme for this year is “Gynecological cancers: integrating, innovating and updating.” RGCON 2025 promises an enriching experience, with a compelling program featuring the latest groundbreaking advancements and research presented in scientific and educational sessions, complemented by vibrant networking events.

Live Surgery Workshop: We have curated a live Surgical workshop where international and national faculty will perform open and robotic radical Gynae oncological surgeries like Open nerve sparing radical hysterectomy, Robotic Nerve sparing radical hysterectomy with SLN Mapping, Robotic Veil and Robotic Anterior exenteration.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
  • Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the 23rd RGCON 2025, New Delhi.
  • Abstracts must be submitted online via the website and indicate whether the abstract is for Oral Presentation, e-Poster Presentation & Video Presentation.
  • Only the presenting author can be submit an abstract
  • Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
  • The Scientific Committee of RGCON 2025 will determine whether the abstract is accepted as an oral presentation or a poster presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
  • Ethical considerations: For clinical trials, details of ethical committee approval and types of informed consent should be stated. Names and initials of patients or volunteers should not be used.
  • In order to submit an abstract, all presenters are required to pay the full registration fees before submitting an abstract.

  • Capitalize the first letter of all words in your title. However, do not capitalize article words such as "a", "the", "and" & "of" unless the article is the first word of the title.
  • All abstracts must contain the following information: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • Abstracts should be no more than 250 words. Tables or figures are not allowed.
ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE:
  • The Scientific Committee of RGCON 2025 reserves the rights to make the final decision of presentation categories and acceptance/rejection of abstract.
  • Authors will be notified by email no later than 10th February 2025 about the acceptance/ rejection of their abstracts and the category of the presentation (Paper/ e-Poster)
PRESENTATION TIME:
  • Oral presentation: 6-min each, followed by 2 minute discussion
  • e-Poster presentation: Will be form of the e posters and they will be displayed through out the conference. Best 15 e-posters will be physically presented by the author.
  • Video presentation: Step 1 - Length of the surgical videos should be 6 minutes. Only .mp4 formats will be accepted. Only HD videos will qualify for submission: 1280 X 720 (720p). Image quality should be suitable for large auditorium screening.
  • Video presentation: Step 2 - Videos should be narrated in English language only, clearly done with no music, using high-quality audio recording. Computer-generated narrations will not qualify for submission.
  • Video presentation: Step 3 - Kindly add subtitles, if relevant.
