Patient Experience
We are Sri Lankan living in Dubai for years. My husband was diagnosed with Pott’s disease (TB in bones) after visiting to so many doctors and hospitals, tests and finally from an MRI report. The day it was informed we didn’t talk ,even couldn’t look at each other pouring with so many questions in our minds because when you say TB specially in an Asian expatriate; how we could stay in this country where you get deported anytime and then what will happen to our family specially children. How they could face the society when people around us get to know this.
On a recommendation of a friend we visited Dr. I.C.Premsagar in Thumbay hospital Ajman. He was so positive and gave the respect as a doctor where we were treated like dirt before. It was like we were given a life again when he said that he can treat him and we can get the health authority approval for medicine and further investigations and there will be no deportation.
He became very close to our family. We were able to discuss everything with him specially we knew that this is the person who can give the life again to my husband. We had so much confidence in him .He explained each and every step with us before the operation. It was successful more than our expectation. We had tears of Joy when my husband started walking again after being bed ridden for a long time.
The day he informed us that he is leaving from the hospital and from this country it was loss for us but we wish him long life and our warm best wishes.
We worship the Gods whom we have never seen but by imagination. But this is a living God.
