About

Dr. Bharat Gupta is a distinguished Interventional Radiologist with vast experience in field of oncology. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Currently serving as the Consultant- Interventional Oncology at RGCIRC, Delhi.

Dr. Gupta academic journey includes an MD in Radio Diagnosis from Govt. Medical College, Amritsar, Punjab. He holds additional qualifications, such as fellowship in Interventional Radiology from Tata Medical Centre, Kolkata and Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. In addition to his clinical and teaching roles, Dr. Gupta has contributed to research with publications in reputed journals, presentations at conferences, and active participation in various academic activities.

  • Nephrostomy and antegrade stenting (Large series for post-surgical urinary diversion nephrotomy insertion in nondilated kidneys)

  • Trans arterial chemoembolization and radioembolization for HCC
  • Chemo port/PICC/ Permcath/ Hickmann catheter insertion

  • Image guided Ablations (Microwave and Radiofrequency ablations) at difficult locations including ablation of renal masses offering curative treatment.
  • Peripheral vascular and venous interventions
  • Complex image guided drainages and biopsies (USG/CT/fluoroscopic)
