About

Dr. Anurag Mehta is a senior pathologist with more than 30 years of experience in different facets of the practice of pathology.  His past experience in academics has helped build an environment of teaching, learning and research in the department. He has a special interest in molecular biology and diagnostics, the testimony to which is borne by a state of the art molecular diagnostic laboratory rated as one of the most advanced molecular laboratory in the country. He is also an editor in chief of Journal of current oncology, which aims to highlight the advances in Cancer Biology and management.

  • Dr YG Bende Gold Medal for outstanding performance and standing first at MD pathology at Pune University.
  • Been the faculty member twice for a total period of approximately 11 years at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. Out of which three years were as Head of the department.
