About

Dr. Shubham Jain is a distinguished Surgical Oncologist with vast experience in the care of cancer patients. Hailing from Delhi, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Dr. Jain has made significant contributions to patient care and hospital administration, having worked at esteemed institutions both in public and private sectors such as Lok Nayak Hospital, Dehi; Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, Delhi; Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi; Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai; Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket and Manipal Hospitals, Dwarka. Currently serving as the Senior Consultant (Surgical Oncology) at RGCIRC (South Delhi), Niti Bagh, Delhi, Dr. Shubham Jain has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Comprehensive Cancer Centre.

His clinical interests span breast oncology, thoracic oncology, head & neck and thyroid oncology, GI & colorectal oncology, skeletal, soft tissue and retroperitoneal sarcomas, skin cancers & melanomas and vascular access. He is proficient in robotic and advanced minimal access surgeries for cancer as well as HIPEC/PIPAC procedure for peritoneal surface malignancies.

Dr. Jain’s academic journey includes an MCh (Surgical Oncology) from the prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, an MS (General Surgery) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, and an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He holds additional qualifications, such as fellowships from the Association of Surgeons of India and the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India and certification in daVinci Xi robotic surgery platform robotic for cancers.

Throughout his career, Dr. Jain has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring, conducting cancer awareness sessions, screening camps, surgical skills workshops, CMEs, and symposiums. He has been a keynote speaker and faculty at various national and international conferences, showcasing his commitment to knowledge dissemination and professional development.

Dr. Shubham Jain’s dedication to advancing the field of Surgical Oncology is evident in his membership in professional organizations, such as the Association of Surgeons of India, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India, Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, Oncology Forum, and European Society of Surgical Oncology, among others.
