Professionals are encouraged to go / attend Trainings to hone up their skills regularly. The Training Policy followed at RGCI is actually not a Policy but a Vision statement.
The Institute is well recognized for its Academic credentials. It has a series of Fellowship Programs/ DNB/Dr NB Programs/ Diploma Courses as well as Certificate courses.
To encourage Fellows and DNB/ Dr NB students towards academics, the Institute has a well-stocked library and students are also encouraged to attend Tumour Boards and Academic Sessions regularly.
To create the ideal academic environment, they are also encouraged to present papers/case studies in the Tumour Boards & Academic Sessions.
