A seasoned HR professional with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. He has extensive expertise in setting up HR systems and processes for Greenfield Hospitals and transforming existing setups.
He is a Law Graduate from University of Delhi and is a Postgraduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Labour Law and Training & Development.
His Healthcare journey started with Max Healthcare way back in 2001 and thereafter he has lead the HR functions of premier Healthcare Institution like Artemis Hospitals Ltd. (NABH & JCI Accredited), Moolchand Medicity (NABH & JCI Accredited) and at Group Level with AMRI Hospitals Ltd. (Kolkata & Bhubaneswar) and GNRC Hospitals Ltd (Guwahati & Kolkata).
Presently he is associated with RGCIRC (Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Delhi) as Chief People Officer. This is a 500+ bedded Super specialty Oncology setup and the Largest Cancer Hospital in Northern India.
