There is no doubt this hospital has best in class doctors and staff but unfortunately everytime I feel bad when I my mother wait for longer than required time in radiology department where she wait for double of the time asked, I am not sure why staff is not able to give right picture of waiting time, every next hour they say to wait for one more hour.
I hope this feedback would be taken positively to improve service and management of radiology department effectively so that patents don’t wait for long time while fasting, in my case my mother waited a a lot for CT scan even after all the tests results were provided on time.
