Dear Sir,
This is my feedback regarding nurse staff.The services are pathetic and nurses who are working are new joiners. Nurses are not confident about the processes and medicines.They don’t even know and most of the times I met nurses who cannot answer my question.
SCENARIO 1-

During patients second chemo sister put wrong cannula and my patient hand got infection.After which she faced first stage of sepsis and chemo was all held for another 15 days due to infection.

Scenario 2-
On 21 June patient has been given drug for chemo and the machine which record the ml gene into the body was giving wrong inputs and due to sister negligence chemo lasted for 26 hrs which was supposed to be 22 hrs.

Scenario 3 –
On 23 June again the machine used for measuring inputs was incorrect and I found it and informed sister and then she got it changed for the second time.Sisters are sleeping during night shifts.

Scenario 4 –
On 23 June night 10 PM I informed sister that the bed is wet near the pipe .please check for any leakage.Sister (Ritu) came and checked and verified that there is no leakage ,it must be water.on 24 morning 5:30 AM AGAIN I checked and informed sister then she checked and found that morning sister has put stapler pin inside the pipe during covering the pipe with carbon paper.Medicine which is being used in chemo is photo sensitive and metal sensitive.

My question is about machinery.Rajiv Gandhi has no check points for checking machinery.
Secondly,we are completely taking risk by relying on RAJIV Gandhi.Sisters are new joiners, don’t know much about medicine.How CAN I trust them after having series of incidences which are mere negligence and carelessness.
